Very disappointed with company they tell what you want to hear . There techs doe a very bad job . They installed the water softener looks like is going to fall they made a hole on the so the water could drain it flooded outside. Called them told them that softener was leaking in the garage and it was leaning they never send a technician they dont answer there phone I would not recommend this company one star is to high for them

First off they don't tell you your water bill will increase by $100 a month since the system regenerates every 1500 gallons or every 2 days with over 30 minutes of water waste to clean the system; then they don't tell you that the system needs to be maintained every year with a maintenance fee of $375... when you call to set up an appointment they tell you they don't have the filters in stock and they don't call you back with a follow up... I've had a message on my system for several months now that says the system needs maintenance and I don't know if my water is being treated. $375 is a lot of money annually, not even sure if I can find the filter replacements on my own and to install them doesn't look very easy either. Very dissatisfied from the start and now I'm stuck with a $6000 system that may or may not work if I don't pay $375 for the yearly service....oh and make sure you're bilingual when you call customer service.

Purchased both the water softener and alkaline water system at an excellent price. Jesus and Guadalupe Zavala were really helpful and knowledgeable. They made the process really smooth and the install was done very clean and professionally. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high quality water system for your home.

I purchased the water filtration system in April 2024, it has been a disaster dealing with the company. Since the beginning, I told them that the water pushed out of the system should not go to the pavement nor that it should be this much water. Guadalupe Zavala promised that he would divert the water so as for it to not damage my landscaping. He never came, contacted the company which is in Laredo TX, and they too promised me someone to fix this issue. Never came. I have been calling them and no answer. They also stated that the system would be 80 dlls a month for 72 months. They installed it and received that it would be for 20 years.

Highly disappointed this is a highly deceiving sales pitch. We clearly went back and forth negotiating the cost under the impression we would be able to pay off within 10 years. At $80 a month you end up paying for 18 years so do the math and do not fall for the pitch. I appreciate clear and transparent transactions so this is why I am no longer recommending this business and hope this review reaches as many potential buyers. Spoke to Joel and like any “great sales man” did not attain himself to what we discussed during the sales transaction. Hope you find your integrity some day.
